Hemsby is a village of about 1400 households, on the East Norfolk
coast and dates from Viking times. The village is situated 7 miles
north of Great Yarmouth and as a well known holiday centre welcomes
thousands of visitors throughout the year.
The East coast of Norfolk has miles of golden sands making Hemsby
an ideal location for the family holiday with its relaxing atmosphere,
but with plenty to interest those who wish to explore the area and
its surroundings.
Within easy reach the visitor will find, among other attractions,
the famous Norfolk Broads, Norwich City, Caister Castle, Sandringham,
Historic Great Yarmouth, Somerleyton Hall and many more places of
interest.
