Welcome to Hemsby Parish Council

The parish of Hemsby has a total population of 3,275 people, although this rises significantly during the summer season as Hemsby is a popular tourist resort.

The parish is part of the East Flegg ward of Great Yarmouth Borough Council, and the East Flegg county division.  The Borough Co
uncillors are James Bensley and Noel Galer.  The County Councillor is James Bensley.

Hemsby Parish Council consists of 11 elected representatives who look after the general running of the parish.  They meet monthly on the third Monday of the month (this can be subject to change, so please look at the agenda page) to discuss issues and address any concerns parishioners may raise.
